A 640 SF addition was added on to this pristine Tiburon hillside home. This project included installing a new roof and painting the entire interior and exterior of the existing home as well as the addition. Remodeling the existing Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom, adding curb-less showers and tile floors. Two AG Millworks, 9’ x 8” solid glass bi-fold doors were installed in the living room and dining room and once the existing framing and fixed pane glass was removed we found dry rot which resulted in some major structural reinforcement yet when all was said and done, the huge new glass doors opened up the entire south side of the home bringing the view and warm air from the Bay right into the living room, dining room and kitchen of the home.
