I’m a realtor and one of the agents on my team recommended Raully, we got a bid from him and a few other contractors to remodel a bathroom for one of my clients. He was the most reasonable so we went with him, I have had bad experiences with contractors who will give a low bid in order to get the job and then as things pop up the cost of the project will get higher and higher. Raully did not do that. He quickly filed permits for the job in tiburon, where permits can be tricky, his team put us on their scheduled quickly (hard to find contractors who would do this during Covid-where contractors were seemingly overwhelmed). His team was professional and timely, they did an amazing job on a luxury house and created the modern, classy bathroom my client was hoping for. He has designers that he works with (although we did not use them except to draw the plans). He was responsive by phone and email whenever I needed him. His team is professional, communicative, and detail oriented. Everything you’d want in a contractor. Cannot recommend him enough and will continue to do so with my clients.

I strongly recommend Raully Jones as a skilled and reliable professional. I needed to hire a contractor on short notice in June to repair the water-damaged siding to my condo before the homeowner’s association painted the entire complex. Raully Jones came personally to look at my unit, assess the damage and provide an estimate. His team completed the siding repair quickly and efficiently in four days. When it turned out one wall still needed to be primed for the painters, he sent the crew back immediately. The bill was only slightly over the estimate and the extra cost was understandable. A plumber making repairs at the same time to a pipe under the kitchen had made some extra cuts in the wall requiring new siding. What I super appreciated was Raully’s patience with all my questions, his careful explanations and his quick response time. My siding repair wasn’t a big project for his firm, given the size and complexity of the renovations he usually handles, but Raully discussed the project on the phone at length with me. As I was outside the country, I felt a bit anxious about everything that could go wrong. He assured me he would be there on the first day, and that a foreman would supervise the work, and he would signal right away if they discovered anything unusual that would require extra work. I felt like he was invested in making sure the job would be done right and as efficiently as possible. Construction work is stressful. Contractors that do the job properly, on time and at the estimated cost deserve five stars. Raully did that and more. I’d give him a sixth star for being exceptionally considerate and overall, a pleasure to work with.

Raully handles everything with precision, including carpentry, remodels, and new builds. I highly recommend this company without reservation.

Raully and his team did an excellent job on two small projects: repairing a bifold balcony door and installing a small structure. Their no-fuss attitude, timely work, and fair pricing were much appreciated. I would hire them again anytime.
